61 dwellings of which 37 are open market and 24 to affordable standard (40%). The mix for the open market houses is for detached houses, generally, in the range of 4-5 bedrooms. Of the affordable units, with a mix of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bed units, 17 are for rental and the balance are rent-buy.

The site, which had OPC for 60 dwellings and a 50 bed care home, was formerly agricultural land. It is a south facing sloping piece of land that was surrounded by residential and holiday park accommodation. The scheme was developed in close liaison with the client and the Teignbridge District Council urban designer with the objective of achieving a strong sense of place, identity and local distinctiveness.
